Core responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of SEND provision.
* Leading on EHCPs, access arrangements, and intervention planning.

* Liaising with external agencies to ensure high-quality, joined-up support.
* Tracking and evaluating the impact of provision on student progress and wellbeing.
Candidate profile:
* QTS and the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it).
* A proven track record of working effectively with students with a range of needs.
* Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* A deep belief in inclusive education and the value of diverse learners.
