The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client development to candidate placement
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
3. Identify and secure new business opportunities
4. Work closely with existing clients to understand their staffing needs
5. Source, screen and interview candidates
6. Match suitable candidates with appropriate vacancies
7. Negotiate terms of business and placement fees
Requirements
8. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial or commercial sectors
9. Strong sales and business development skills
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
11. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
13. Well-organized with excellent time management skills
