We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Rochdale from September 2026 on a permanent contract.

The Role:
* Supporting teaching and learning across KS3 and KS4
* Working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
* Providing targeted intervention and small group support
* Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
* Promoting positive behaviour and student engagement
* Assisting with classroom preparation and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Have previous experience working within a secondary school setting
* Be confident supporting students across a range of abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
