About You You will be degree qualified and hold or be working towards an appropriate Project Management qualification such as APM's PMQ / ChPP or PMI's PMP. You will have manage large hydropower projects, or have demonstrable experience leading major complex water and/or energy sector projects (fees in excess of £500k on projects with a construction value well in excess of £10m). You will be hands-on and foster great team dynamics and working relationships and be emotionally intelligent when it comes to your own, your teams and your clients' feelings, concerns and wellbeing. You will bring extensive demonstrable core project management technical skills such as cost, schedule, risk, stakeholder, resource, governance management. Experience working within a contractor organisation or on the consultancy side of large Design and Build projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
