We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Administrator to join a well-established construction and maintenance provider working with local authorities and social housing providers across the Midlands. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and has previous experience supporting works within housing—be it void refurbishments, disabled adaptations, kitchens and bathrooms, or day-to-day repairs. Someone who has previously worked in construction would also be a strong advantage, as it will help you better understand the day-to-day demands of the role and the teams you'll be supporting. You’ll be working closely with the Contracts Manager and wider operational teams, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth coordination of ongoing works, excellent communication with clients and contractors, and the successful delivery of community-focused projects.
