About You
Are you a digitally savvy marketing professional with a passion for property? We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in the housebuilding or property sector to help drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation across our digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join McCarthy Stone’s forward-thinking marketing team, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the online presence of one of the UK’s leading retirement living providers.
As a confident self-starter, you will bring proven experience in digital marketing within the housebuilding, real estate, or property sector, alongside hands-on expertise in SEO, CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore), and web performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Sitemorse, Hotjar, and SEMrush.
You will demonstrate a strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices, with a with a proven track record of managing and enhancing large-scale websites to drive engagement, performance, and measurable results. You will work closely with the Brand team to translate creative ideas into compelling content that supports quarterly marketing campaigns.
You will have hands-on experience leading the rollout of campaign content across the website, ensuring that all pages, promotions, and messaging are accurate, timely, and impactful.
In addition, you will support integrated campaign activity by preparing aligned, high-quality content for email, maintaining a consistent and cohesive experience across every digital touchpoint. Your expertise in digital content management, combined with an analytical mindset and attention to detail, will be key to delivering campaigns that perform and resonate with our audiences.

Your Impact
Your work will directly shape how customers discover, explore, and engage with McCarthy Stone developments online. By combining technical skill with creative insight, you will help optimise digital touchpoints and ensure our platforms perform at their best - delivering clear, measurable impact on marketing effectiveness and commercial success.
Your Attributes
You will bring:
* Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements, enhancing user journeys and overall content effectiveness.
* Highly analytical and solutions-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large-scale websites or intranets.
* Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore) and responsive platform technology.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
