We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
* Create a safe and welcoming environment for children, ensuring their well-being at all times.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns that may arise.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall quality of care and education provided.
* Manage classroom behaviour through positive reinforcement techniques.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as safeguarding policies.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare are essential.
* Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable.
* Strong management and leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for transporting materials or participating in outings.
