An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Planning, Performance & Risk Manager within the Corporate Service Directorate, based at Fire and Rescue Service Headquarters.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the Planning, Performance & Risk team. The main duties of the post will include the management, development, implementation, maintenance and review of the following key functions:
The post holder will develop a departmental approach in embedding continual improvement throughout the Service.
This demanding post will require the successful candidate to work collaboratively with other Fire and Rescue Service personnel and the ability to travel is required.
