Overview
Quality Administrator role overview: The Quality Administrator is responsible for supporting the Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves maintaining documentation, coordinating audits, tracking non-conformances, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Administrator works closely with quality managers, production teams, and external auditors to uphold company quality standards.
This is a full-time role based at our headquarters in Kendal.
What you’ll be doing
* Maintain and update quality management documentation, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
* Assist in the preparation, scheduling, and coordination of internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory).
* Track, log, and follow up on non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
* Support document control processes, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility of records.
* Generate quality reports, metrics, and performance dashboards for management review.
* Coordinate training records related to quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements.
* Assist in ensuring company compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant quality standards.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
* Act as a liaison between departments to ensure quality standards are consistently applied.
Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in a quality, compliance, or administrative support role (manufacturing, healthcare, or service industry preferred).
* Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or other relevant quality standards woil be a

* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
