Salary: £26,650 - £30,000- 37 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resource Planner to join Chime Housing. This role is responsible for ensuring that our services are effectively resourced to meet customer needs, supporting the delivery of high-quality responsive housing services. This role is predominately office based.
At Chime Housing, we provide vital services that help people to live better lives. We're looking for a full-time Resource Planner, our resource planning team, assisting in the delivery of our reactive maintenance, domestic service and breakdowns.
We are looking for a Resource Planner with the aim of taking on a fast-paced and integral role in the repairs department. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organised and values working as part of a team.
Key Accountabilities:
You will be customer-focused, with the ability to interact empathetically with a wide variety of people. You'll have an excellent grasp of a repairs / maintenance service function. You will have a background in customer services and knowledge of the housing or construction sectors would be a distinct advantage.
