We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, friendly service, and consistent quality. We're now expanding and looking for a motivated, personable Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team.
The Role:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to engage with local residents, introduce our services, and sign them up for a regular window cleaning schedule. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-driven, and enjoys meeting new people.
Key Responsibilities:
* Canvassing local residential areas to generate new customer sign-ups
* Explaining our services and pricing in a clear and friendly manner
* Maintaining accurate records of prospects and sign-ups
* Representing the Whitbread's brand with professionalism and integrity
* Collaborating with the wider team to help optimise sales strategies
* Using social media (if applicable) to support local marketing efforts
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, door-to-door or face-to-face roles preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Must have a valid UK driving licence
* Must live within 20-mile radius of Hook, Hampshire
* Social media knowledge is a plus
* Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
What We Offer:
* Starting hourly wage from £12.50 (approx. £19,500 annually based on 30-hour week)
* Realistic OTE: £30,000–£40,000+ per year (based on performance and 30-hour week)
* £200 monthly car allowance + fuel reimbursement
