Assistant Subject Leader – Physics
Salary: £3,527 per annum plus a recruitment incentive (R&R) of £5,000.
Start date: September 2026.
We are looking for an ambitious and reflective teacher to join our Science team. Physics is a popular A Level subject, and the school is part of the DFE Schools Rebuilding Programme, meaning the successful applicant will play a role in shaping the future of Physics in our new building opening in 2028. The role requires the ability to teach Science to students across Key Stages 3–5.

Recruitment Incentive
A recruitment incentive of £5,000 is payable after a qualifying period of two full terms, with a 2‑year retention period.
