About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter Programmer to join a well-established and growing engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong programming and setting experience to work on high-quality precision components in a modern manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
* Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Producing precision components to tight tolerances
* Editing and proving out programs at the machine
* Selecting correct tooling, fixtures and cutting parameters
* Carrying out quality inspections using measuring equipment
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller Setter Programmer
* Ability to program online and/or offline
* Experience with Haas and Siemens controls preferred
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality standards
