BMSL require an Administrator at a Consolidation Centre in Borehamwood.
Applicants will ideally have experience working in administration. With administration experience in the construction industry being advantageuos.
Working hours are (Apply online only) Mon-Fri
Some duties include:
* Processed invoices, delivery notes and raising PO’s
* Timesheet administration and recording of hours
* Ordered PPE and office equipment
* Identify and rectify discrepancies in document titles and reference numbers
* Ensure all personnel signs in and out of site accordingly
* Book inductions and following correct procedure
* Book in meetings and managed the site diary
Starting ASAP.
Pay rate is £16ph, payment is weekly. This is a temp to perm position
