We are recruiting a Service Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to champion and drive the efficient operation and administrative support within the Service function. You will have the opportunity to make a difference by developing relationships with key influencers both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with the Service and Support Teams to ensure first-class customer service, whilst adhering to customer SLAs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of the Service Support team to ensure first-class customer service is provided at all times, whilst adhering to customer SLAs.
2. Reactive management of breakdowns and following escalation processes where required.
3. Plan routine maintenance, breakdown visits, commissioning, and any additional work as required.
4. Create customer quotes and contracts, including scheduling maintenance plans.
5. Manage stock control, including ordering parts, transferring parts, checking stock, assigning engineers, and amending attendance dates.
6. Allocate and coordinate engineer tasks into the Service Management System.
7. Develop relationships with key influencers both internally and externally.
8. Liaise with customers regarding engineers’ site visits, both verbally and in writing.
9. Coordinate with internal departments to address customer queries promptly.
10. Ensure customer correspondence is updated and accurate, including contract profiles and servicing schedules.
11. Build quality into all aspects of work by following documented processes and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.

Your experience includes:
* Previous experience in scheduling/planning or similar roles in customer service or administrative environments.
* An understanding of delivering excellent customer service.
* High levels of passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner.
* Attention to detail and ability to drive solutions to completion.
* Active listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
* Good organizational skills and workload planning, with the ability to work under pressure to meet objectives and deadlines.
* Self-motivated, a strong team player, capable of developing relationships with colleagues and peers.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Use of initiative and experience working in fast-paced virtual teams.
* Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
* Experience in a medical background is desirable but not essential.
