Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven track record in sales and the ability to drive revenue growth while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
· Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Analyse sales data to inform decision-making and forecast future sales trends.
· Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
· Engage with acute care facilities, including NHS and Private Hospitals and other surgical and diagnostic centres to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the acute healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
· Strong team collaboration skills.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to travel as required.
· Experience working with acute care facilities and a solid understanding of their operational dynamics.
