JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: TR Beauty Consultant
Role Purpose/Mission:
Working shifts of a 3 days on 3 days off rolling pattern, including early 5 am starts.
Must have make up / retail experience.
* Represents Nars brand values, products
* Drives retail sales to achieve defined targets and sales mix
* Ensures each customer receives Beauty Services, suggesting the right products for them and recruits new customers to the brands
* Adhere to the Grooming Guidelines always and ensure the counter and merchandising is always Nars standards
Main Objectives Key Interfaces
Internal Sales
* Achieve or exceed agreed retail sales target
* Support and develop sales of products in all existing collections as well as launches as per defined retail plan for Nars
* Recruit new consumers by actively approaching browsing passengers and introduce them to Nars - Ensure to give best service to all
* Always propose the complete Beauty Services and try to increase IPT before closing the sale customers
* Use Samples / GWPS when available to drive sales - Offers the correct products for each customer and their concerns
Service
* Actively seek opportunity to offer sit down services during and outside of promotional periods
* Ask and listen to customer's concerns and needs and deliver the requested information on the brand and the products
* Responsible for the promotional support and Nars image on shop floor
* Maintain a good relationship with all colleagues and shop managers by supporting them in all aspects concerning Nars
Product and Brand knowledge
* Proactively get brand and product knowledge by visiting the Nars homepage regularly and studying the training material provided
* Participate and keep up to date on the Nars app and ShareApp Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Participate actively in and attend all offered trainings and practice sales techniques
* Be able to communicate key features and benefits of all products
Point of Sale
Business driver, inspiring people, strong team spirit
* Ensure the product display strictly follows the provided planogram and all other brand VM guidelines
* Report out of stock or continuous low stock as well as overstock to the Heathrow Hub Coordinator/Senior Retail Manager and attend stock surgeries in store - Strong retail and sales experience
* Always maintain a clean and immaculate counter - Understands how to service customers
* Ensure all testers are clean and functional - Energetic and outgoing personality
* Liaise with the back of house team in DUFRY about MDQ levels and change accordingly - Passion for selling and customers
* Display sales support material (spatulas, brochures etc) as well as AOI material (hand sanitizer, cotton pads, tissues) in a clean way according to guidelines - Willing to follow guidelines and maintain them
Animations and Product Launches
* Actively introduce the promoted products to all passing passengers as per guidelines
* Support additional staff with commitment and product knowledge
Reporting
* Reports numbers and activities as agreed with Heathrow Hub Coordinator/Senior Retail Manager
* Use daily and week sales google sheets to track personal sales and ensure it is completed at the end of each week
* Send all required monthly paperwork to the office when needed and on time.
MUST to be able to undergo a 5 year background check to obtain a full air-side pass.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£16.00 per hour
