We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our South West Region, based on site in Binfield, Berkshire.
Our Assistant Site Managers have a diverse role, with no two days being the same. Supporting the Site Manager and deputising when they are away, you'll supervise all employed and sub-contract personnel on site. A love for construction is key, as is excellent communication skills and a flexible approach, given the need to liaise with a wide range of people, from construction professionals to customers.

MAIN DUTIES
* Work with the Site Manager to supervise all employed and sub-contract labour on site.
* Coordinate sub-contractors and material deliveries to ensure an efficient build process, maintaining build quality and adhering to the programme.
* Schedule work to meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Ensure working methods are performed correctly.
* Assist with pre-completion inspections of properties with purchasers.
* Ensure all requests from the sales team regarding show homes are addressed promptly.
* Support the Customer Care Team by ensuring maintenance works are completed professionally and efficiently.
* Attend necessary meetings related to your duties.
* Comply with company policies and procedures.
* Undertake additional tasks as reasonably required.
* Ensure all health and safety measures, including Covid-19 protocols, are followed.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
* Experience on a new build construction site.
* SMSTS and First Aid certification.
* Knowledge of site health and safety regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret designs and drawings.
* Commercial awareness.
* Excellent attention to detail and a desire to succeed.
