Responsibilities
1. Quantity take-off and generation of Schedule of Quantity
2. Request for quotation from vendor and preparation purchase order.
3. Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts
4. To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during pre‑construction, construction and post construction stage.
5. As and when required, you could also travel to and visit work site.
6. Any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned.
