The Leprosy Mission (TLM) is a leading international Christian charity, active in over 30 countries, working towards the vision of Leprosy Defeated and Lives Transformed. Operating as an International Federation of 30 Member countries, our International Office provides leadership and co-ordination to support the Global Fellowship in delivering this vision. The Role
Technical Project Manager will join on a part-time basis for a two year fixed-term contract, working 2.5 days per week. The role leads the implementation of a new digital system designed to enhance programme management and will take the e-PCM project from initial scoping through to completion, in collaboration with an external implementation partner to oversee delivery. Responsibilities include ensuring timelines are met, confirming the final solution is robust, thoroughly tested and fit for purpose, and overseeing a smooth rollout with clear documentation and effective training to support adoption across multiple countries.
Additionally, you will:
* Ensure e-PCM aligns with organisational strategy, technical standards and donor requirements
* Manage procurement and relationships with external delivery partners
* Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and issues
* Ensure the system meets safeguarding, privacy, inclusion and ethical data standards
Note: this role includes significant overseas travel.
About You
To be considered as a Technical Project Manager, you will need:
* Proven experience delivering complex digital or software projects
* Experience working with global or multi-country organisations
* Experience with system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms and databases
* The ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
* Excellent planning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
* A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience
* A recognised project management certification or equivalent
TLM is an explicitly Christian organisation. The post holder must be willing to engage with, support and contribute to the Christian ethos and values of the charity. In addition, the role includes supporting the work of the Mission through Christian prayer, sessions and fellowship, and the post holder must be committed to the objectives and values of The Leprosy Mission and able to work in an interdenominational environment.
