Our client based in the Erdington area are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Main duties of the Customer Service Administrator role include:
* Handle incoming enquiries from customers via telephone and email
* Update internal CRM systems
* Support the sales team with any administrative duties including quotes and following up with customers
* General administration duties as required
This role would suit someone who is confident, personable, and outgoing. You will need to be an excellent team player, who is organised and professional.
You will need to have good IT skills and ideally have experience using CRM systems.
This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, however there is definitely a permanent opportunity available for the right person!
