Role Overview
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager is a role combining patient care and commercial responsibilities. It requires a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patient safety, and driving profitability. The role involves managing pharmacy targets, overseeing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy team, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal to be industry-leading.
Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience and safety, maintaining high professional and compliance standards within GPhC guidelines, and supporting team development.
You will have access to in-store, regional, and head office support for clinical and service-related queries.

Candidate Profile
We seek a dedicated, experienced pharmacist registered with GPhC, capable of delivering NHS and private services, balancing management and clinical duties, inspiring team performance, and handling challenging situations effectively. Candidates must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, and be willing to undergo DBS checks.
