High street cut price labels were how we started the business (with our first store in Keighley) and still form a part of our range today. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our New Ollerton team.
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager (perm contract) to create a friendly, welcoming, customer focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Responsibilities
* Lead the team and be passionate about engaging with customers to create a great customer experience.
* Maximise the business by acting quickly and continuously seeking new ideas.
* Lead from the front and ensure all colleagues deliver a great customer experience.
* Actively encourage engagement with the local community to deliver top results as a proud community retailer.
* Work hard yet keep it fun.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Retail Management experience and a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Understanding of working within a fast paced, sales- and results-driven environment.
* Ability to motivate, manage and support a team.
* We welcome applications from existing Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Cluster Managers, Retail Managers or Branch Managers.
