Location: Sawston, Cambridge, CB22
Salary: £30,000 plus commission
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

As a Telesales Executive, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and targeted campaigns. You’ll focus on identifying and converting prospects within our B2B client base, helping us deliver a seamless experience and drive continued business growth.
Telesales ExecutiveKey responsibilities
* Conduct proactive outbound calls to engage potential B2B customers
* Research organisations to understand their relocation, storage or business continuity needs
* Qualify leads and gather essential information to support the sales process effectively
* Collaborate closely with the business development team to align on sales strategies
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and call targets
About you
* Previous experience in B2B telesales or outbound calling is essential
* A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers
* Resilient and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving results
* Confident using CRM systems and standard office software
* Qualifications and experience
* Proven experience in B2B telesales, outbound calling or a similar sales-based role (ESSENTIAL)
* Familiarity with the relocation, storage or logistics industry is desirable but not essential
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple leads effectively
