If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you as a Recovery & Engagement Coach to join our Arrows service! Your New Opportunity We are currently recruiting a Recovery Coach & Engagement Coach in Moray to provide targeted, assertive support for adults and families experiencing substance use and alcohol-related issues. This is a hybrid role, combining the structured, recovery-focused case management of a Recovery Coach with the proactive outreach and practical support of a Fieldworker. In practice, you will blend ongoing case management and treatment planning with proactive, field-based support—helping to strengthen continuity of care, improve engagement with MAT Standards, and increase access to wider health, housing, welfare, and recovery services. You will also work collaboratively with key partners including MIDAS, NHS Grampian, Police Scotland, the Scottish Ambulance Service, housing, and social work teams to ensure individuals receive the best possible support. This role contributes to trauma-informed practice, MAT Standards delivery, and continuous service improvement, while offering strong professional development opportunities. Working Pattern; This is a full-time, permanent role (39 hours per week). You will work flexibly across a balanced rota, including occasional evenings and weekends to meet the needs of those we support.
