Pay Rate: £13.75 to £14.50 per hour – depending on experience
Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools in Halewood, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Work with individual pupils and small groups to boost academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
* Assist with planning and delivering targeted interventions.
* Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
* Contribute to the pastoral care and overall development of pupils.
* Support children with additional needs, including those with EHCPs or SEN requirements.
This role offers the chance to work across different year groups and classrooms, giving you a varied and rewarding experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Prior experience working in a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2).
* A nurturing and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
* Experience delivering interventions in 1:1 and small group settings.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for education and child development.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
