Responsibilities
You’ll support a team of Environmental Consultants and Forensic Investigators with essential administrative tasks across the UK function.
* Maintain exhibit storage and coordinate collections and deliveries.
* Handle reception duties and serve as a key communication point for colleagues and customers.
* Support invoicing and purchase order processes.
* Provide general office support and ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service or office environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, quick to learn new systems.
* Self‑motivated and capable of working independently; occasional lone working.
* Comfortable with front‑of‑house responsibilities and acting as visitor/contact point.
* Experience or willingness to manage logistics such as deliveries and item records.
* Team support mindset: ready to help remote colleagues with administrative tasks.
* Bi‑lingual or multi‑lingual skills are a plus.
