* *£12.88 per hour
* 3 to 4 shifts per week (38.5 hours per week contracted) or 3 shifts per week (33 hour contract)
* 8pm-8am shifts

Here at Ribble Court, we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.
As a Night Care Assistant at our home, your responsibilities may include:
* Support residents with personal care and nighttime needs
* Carry out regular wellbeing checks and respond to call bells
* Keep accurate records and report any concerns
* Assist with toileting, continence care, and mobility
* Complete light cleaning and prepare the home for the morning
* Help settle and reassure residents during the night
What are we looking for?
* A positive outlook and a warm personality
* Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector- experience is beneficial but certainly not essential!
* Flexibility to work shift patterns according to the needs of our residents

Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’. *Advertised pay rate effective from 1st April 2026.
