Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, with the potential to earn more through our in-house skills development programme Overtime available: In week x 1.3, Saturday x 1,5, Sunday x2 Shifts Patterns (a range of shift patterns may include): Days & Afternoons (Fortnight rotation)Day shift: Monday - Thursday 6am - 2.45pm, Friday 6am - 12am Afternoon shift: Monday to Wednesday 2.45pm - 1.30am, Thursday 2.45pm - 11.30pm (plus shift premium) Static: Monday to Thursday 5:45 - 16:00, Friday off or Monday to Thursday 16pm - 02:15am, Friday off Three Shifts (Weekly rotation) Mornings - Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm (plus shift premium) Afternoons - Monday - Friday 2pm - 10pm (plus shift premium) Nights - Monday - Friday 10pm - 6am (plus shift premium) Additional benefits include: Annual performance bonus for above expected performance On-site canteen and café, on-site vending machines, rest areas Excellent Health and Safety training Free on-site car parks PPE provided free of charge 25 days holiday Public Bank holidays Access to internal vacancies Secure Ongoing Assignments Temp to Perm opportunities reviewed each quarter Free access to our benefits app with savings & discounts & EAP support Responsibilities: Working in a world class engine assembly facility Adhering to standard work processes always ensuring safety and quality Assembly of components in line with standard work/visual screen instructions Assembling parts in the set time period 'Takt Time' Operating tooling, fitting aids and in some instances lifting equipment (training provided) Working effectively in a team environment Requirements: Experience working in a production/warehouse environment preferred but training provided Accuracy and attention to detail A very tidy and organised manner Excellent timekeeping and attendance record The ability to work on your own initiative when required Flexible as shift patterns do change with appropriate notice periods provided After successful completion of the form you will then be placed into our pre-screening pool and a member of the team will then be in touch to discuss next steps with you and arrange a registration/interview on site for as soon as possible.
