Senior Sales Manager – Renewable Energy
Location: Hybrid (monthly travel to Warwick for team meetings)
Salary: £65,000 + Company Car + Benefits
Are you a commercially driven sales leader with expertise in alternative fuels and a passion for accelerating the energy transition?
Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in CNG and biomethane adoption across HGV and LCV fleets.
What you’ll do:
* Develop and manage a pipeline of corporate customers, helping fleets transition from diesel to biomethane.
* Build strategic partnerships with transport, construction, utilities, and events sectors.
* Operate confidently at C-Suite level, influencing key decision-makers.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting, market intelligence, and pipeline reporting.
* Collaborate with commercial colleagues to deliver innovative energy solutions.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven track record in consultative sales and structuring complex commercial agreements.
* Strong knowledge of alternative fuels (CNG, Biomethane, HVO, Electric).
* Experience engaging with truck fleets or high diesel-use industries.
* Confident presenter with excellent organisational and CRM skills.
