Our well-established Vauxhall Middlesbrough branch is performing exceptionally well. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team. As a future Technician, you will have the opportunity to be mentored by top Vauxhall-trained Vehicle Technicians and work alongside an experienced Service Leader. You will benefit from manufacturer training, a supportive environment, and ongoing learning opportunities.
We welcome applications from Level 3 qualified students with ambitions, a willingness to learn, and the drive to become fully qualified Vehicle Technicians within 6 months. We will provide all necessary support, tools, guidance, and training to help you succeed.
What you can expect from this role and programme:
1. A dedicated mentor to work with and shadow daily, honing your skills.
2. An in-depth practical assessment programme with regular reviews to monitor your progress.
3. Utilising your mechanical knowledge to carry out repairs and maintenance, including clutch and cam belt replacements.
4. Within a year, you will be able to service and maintain customer vehicles, from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks.

1. A strong desire to learn and develop your skills as a Vehicle Technician.

3. Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
