About the Role:
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a primary school setting in Slough. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with children who require additional support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support for children with SEN
* Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans
* Support pupils’ access to the curriculum and school activities
* Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Assist with the development of pupils’ independence and social skills
About You:
* Experience working with children with SEN in a school environment
* Patient, compassionate, and committed to supporting pupils’ needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow guidance and adapt to individual pupil needs
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
