We'd like you to join us as aS upport Worker at our service Foxley Lane, Purley At Foxley Lane, we provide guidance and support for up to eight adults with epilepsy, learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities. What you'll be working: Hours are based on a rota working every other weekend. Working over 7 days a week Full Time, 42 hours per week (4 days one week, 3 the next week alternating) 08:00am to 20:15pm Shifts start at 20:00pm and finish at 08:15am Extra 25p per hour for night shift. What you'll be doing: Supporting our clients with daily activities Supporting their care plans to establish routine Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care Personal Care Administrating medication (if required) What you'll have: Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working. Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping. Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
