1st line IT Support Engineer Liverpool MSP Salary: £25 28k plus benefits The Opportunity for you Are you currently working on a service desk or within IT support looking to join a company that offers progression? As a 1st line IT Support Engineer, youll be based in the Liverpool office for an MSP who provide solutions to a range of clients. These have recently won contracts and in turn, needs to grow out their support team. This company strongly encourages the development of the team and is keen for their employees to constantly upskill and in turn be offered promotions a perfect opportunity for somebody wanting to progress their career. You will be working in a team of 8, alongside other engineers, fixing IT issues from external customers to ensure their businesses can run smoothly. You will be working in a busy office environment and will have to be customer focused and able to manage customer expectations. Youll also have the opportunity to complete certifications if you show the willing to study! If you have a couple of months/years hands on experience in IT then thats great but the most important thing here is that you have the right attitude, have an interest in starting a career in IT and are willing to learn whatever it takes to become a great 1st line support! Driving license is required for this role to visit customer sites. You'll get free city centre parking with this role too.
