About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail oriented Campaign Manager to take ownership of end to end marketing activity across live entertainment production.

This role sits at the centre of campaign delivery, bringing together creative, digital, and commercial teams to plan and execute high impact marketing activity that drives ticket sales, audience engagement, and brand growth.

You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and commercially effective, while working closely with both internal teams and external agency partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Take full ownership of campaign planning, delivery, optimisation, and performance.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, including social media, design, and organic marketing partners.
• Lead weekly campaign meetings with internal teams and agency stakeholders.
• Produce weekly reports on campaign performance, sales results, key metrics, and actionable insights.
• Support corporate marketing initiatives, including listing updates and brand communications.
• Coordinate inventory related marketing activity and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider marketing function.
• Organise and support content shoots, ensuring assets are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of press releases and other external communications.
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across all channels.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified in Marketing
• Proven experience in a campaign management or similar marketing role.
• Experience managing and briefing external agencies.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience analysing campaign performance data and presenting insights through regular reporting.
• A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and thinking outside the box
