Job Description
3. Perform routine and unplanned machine maintenance
4. Work cross-functionally with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment efficiency
5. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
6. Identify and troubleshoot machinery problems
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives
8. Participate in the design and installation of new equipment
9. Record and report on maintenance activities
10. Contribute to the development of maintenance procedures
Average 42 hours per week- 12 hour Panama shift pattern to incorporate full 24/7 coverage of the site.
The Successful Applicant
11. A recognised qualification in Engineering (Minimum Level 3)
12. Experience with both mechanical and electrical systems
13. PLC System knowledge would be advantageous
14. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes
15. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
16. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment
17. The ability to work independently and as part of a team
