We support the individuals we work with to manage or overcome challenges, including age-related issues, alcohol and drug addictions, autism spectrum disorders, complex needs, homelessness, learning disabilities and mental health issues.
We work with people in their own homes, assisting them to do the things that matter to them and realise their ambitions. We believe that great support leads to great lives.
About you
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who have the desire to support people to have the best life possible. Those with high empathy and tolerance along with a great sense of humour are key to success in what at times can be a challenging but rewarding role.
Ideally you should have experience of Support and Care, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
Although we offer flexible working contracts, we also require a degree of flexibility in your approach to work and it is essential you are able to work shifts which will include weekend working, evenings and sleepovers.

including the local disco.
Within this Service we provide high quality support and care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues. Individuals may require assistance with an element of personal care, medication, and assisting with daily household tasks within their own homes.
We provide support to individuals in the Glenrothes area, so there is a requirement for you to drive, have a car for work and be willing to use your car to transport service users to activities. The expense of using your car will be reimbursed at a rate of 55p per mile.
The role is primarily centred around understanding and supporting the day to day living of the service users. Working within this service the successful individual requires to have the passion, drive and dedication in helping others to live fulfilling lives.
