Job overview
Assist in ensuring the delivery of a high quality, front of house administrative/admin support reflecting the professionalism of the Service.
Main duties of the job
1. Booking patients as arrived on the patient record system
2. Manning small switchboard
3. Scanning documents onto the patient record system
4. Processing incoming and outgoing mail
5. Ensure clinic rooms are set up for the clinicians
6. Sending out appointment letters
7. Booking / cancelling clinic appointments for patients and staff
8. Reconciling appointments
