Schools Workforce Advisor (18 month fixed term contract or secondment)

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact within Warwickshire’s vibrant school communities? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Schools Workforce Advisor to provide expert HR support to our valued traded customer schools.
What You’ll Do:
1. Deliver tailored, solution-focused HR advice to schools, supporting leaders and staff navigate complex workforce relations issues involving supporting change management projects with confidence and clarity.
2. Act as a go-to professional for grading reviews for posts within schools.
3. Build strong, trusted relationships as a first point of contact, partnering closely with school leaders, business managers, and employee representatives.
4. Work collaboratively to ensure an exceptional customer experience and outstanding outcomes for our schools.
5. Stay at the forefront of statutory employment law and HR best practice.
6. Contribute to the development of forward-thinking HR policy and practice, shaping the future of school workforce management.
What We’re Looking For:
7. A CIPD Level 5 qualified (or currently working towards qualification) HR professional, ideally with public sector experience.
8. An agile problem-solver and clear communicator who thrives in a busy, ever-changing environment.
9. Someone who is resilient, resourceful, and passionate about supporting schools to achieve their best for staff and students alike.
