What You’ll Do
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing long‑term relationships.
* Guide clients through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless start.
* Introduce new features and updates to maximise client usage and engagement.
* Provide technical support and creative solutions to client challenges.
* Act as a proactive, positive, and collaborative member of the team.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a customer success, technical support, or similar client‑facing role.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
* A confident and proactive personality with a knack for creative problem‑solving.
* Solid technical skills and proficiency with PCs.
* Experience with client onboarding is a plus.
