Position Overview
As a Technical Support Intern, you'll be a key member of our growing team, providing the hands-on technical support that keeps our business operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
* In-person and Remote Support: Provide basic technical support to employees, both in person at our offices and remotely.
* IT Equipment Management: Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. You'll also use Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools to help manage these devices.
* User Access Management: Manage user access for new starters, leavers, and changes to existing accounts.
* Ticket Creation: Create and track support tickets for our external IT support provider, ensuring all issues are logged and followed up on.
* ERP System Support: Assist with organizing data and providing user support for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
* Documentation: Document technical processes and standardize procedures across the group.
* Projects: Contribute to internal IT projects, including programming & developing in-house applications to support and improve business operations.
Requirements
* A basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
* Comfortable and well-adapted to technology.
