We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
* Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, ensuring that each resident receives personalised attention.
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to senior staff.
* Support residents in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
* Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to foster a supportive atmosphere.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is necessary.
* A proactive, flexible, and compassionate attitude.
* Commitment to high standards of resident care.
* Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately.
* Proficiency in English for effective communication with residents and team members.
* Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a compassionate approach towards residents' needs.
