Responsibilities
* Work closely with the store manager to lead, inspire and develop the team.
* Drive commercial performance while creating an engaging and service-led environment for customers.
* Coach colleagues, build a positive culture and ensure the store operates to the highest standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
* Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
* Fashion, lifestyle or premium retail experience is advantageous, though strong people leadership and commercial awareness are equally important.
* May have experience as a senior supervisor or team leader, ready to step into an assistant manager position.
