GVR Solutions are currently representing a reputable and well-established main contractor, based in London, who are in the market for an experienced Quantity Surveyor join their commercial team on a freelance basis for a Data Centre project in Hayes. As a main contractor they undertaking the Fit out of the Data Centre. Position: Freelance Quantity Surveyor Location: Hayes Salary / Rate: £375pd - £410pd Duration: Potentially 15 months contract The Freelance Quantity Surveyor must have/be: * A detailed knowledge of Quantity Surveying working for a main contractor * Experience working on data centre projects * Excellent analytical skills to make informed, balanced business decision and reporting * Self-sufficient * Proven track record of delivering construction projects * Excellent communication and oral skills * Comfortable liaising with Clients and Senior Management * Stable employment history * High-performing individual * Versatile * Excellent time keeping skills If you meet all the Freelance Quantity Surveyor requirements above, then please get in touch
