A leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to strengthen their team. Highly experienced, their capabilities include Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Project Management, Employer’s Agent, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical and Civil & Structural Engineering working across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, health, education, public sector and residential.
Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
* Day‑to‑day delivery of projects ranging from £50K to £1M.
* Developing the project management strategy and delivery.
* Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projects.
* Attending and chairing meetings.
* Updating relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress.
* Developing, growing and maintaining client relationships.
Skills & Experience of the Project Manager:
* Relevant construction related degree.
* Commercially astute with good negotiation skills.
* Flexible and can work to deadlines.
* Ability to successfully manage and prioritise multiple projects.
* JCT and NEC experience.
* Self‑motivated.
* Client facing.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
