Submissions Manager (Civils) | Pre-Construction Focus | Belfast-Based Belfast | Full-time, Permanent | Competitive Salary Hybrid Working A respected civil engineering contractor is hiring a Submissions Manager to join their pre-construction team. You’ll lead the development of high-quality tender submissions and PQQs for civil projects ranging from £5m to £150m. This role is ideal for a bid professional with a background in civils or infrastructure, keen to shape bid strategy and play a visible role in project wins. What You’ll Do: Manage the full PQQ and tender submission process Coordinate with estimators, planners and technical leads Write, edit, and review content for quality and compliance Lead storyboarding sessions and contribute to bid strategy Maintain bid library (CVs, case studies, project info) Support interviews, site visits and marketing presentations What You’ll Need: 5 years’ experience writing construction/civils submissions Strong copywriting and communication skills Civil engineering or construction background (contractor or consultancy) Highly organised, deadline-driven and detail-focused Proficient in Microsoft Office; InDesign a plus Degree-level qualification (preferred but not essential) Why Apply?
