Responsibilities:
* Act as an escalation point for technical issues across support and field teams
* Monitor network performance and troubleshoot faults
* Support network configuration changes and software upgrades
* Maintain monitoring tools and network documentation
* Respond to and manage incidents and outages
* Ensure stable and reliable network services
Skills/Must Have:
* CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of IP protocols, routing (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, Ethernet, and firewalling
* Experience with vendors such as Juniper, Cisco, or Adtran (preferred)
* Background in telecoms, IT, or NOC environments
* Self-sufficient, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
