Job responsibilities Main Responsibilities but not limited to To lead, motivate and manage the therapy team. Responsible for the units complex caseload (relevant to role) to provide highly specialist treatment programmes to meet individual needs and outcomes. To assess individual service user needs and develop an appropriate therapy programme to meet those needs. Responsible to ensure practice complies with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and relevant professional standards and ethics, including Brainkind Standards of Care To implement evidence-based practice, ensuring effective service provision and positive outcomes To ensure appropriate provision and maintenance of equipment within available resources To share knowledge and expertise with other staff through formal and informal teaching within the therapy team and across the wider centre Responsible to continuously develop team knowledge and expand clinical/rehabilitation skills and effectiveness. To work closely with other areas of the organisation including fundraising, marketing, and policy/campaigns by providing information and analysis to support the delivery of the organisational strategy. Facilitating the safe and smooth running of the Service, the post holder is expected to maintain a safe working environment, maintain service user confidentiality, and occasionally take on reasonable additional tasks.
