As a Parking Services Officer, you will have a passion for delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy environment.
You’ll work as part of a small team providing front-line, face-to-face, and back-office services. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing all stages of Penalty Charge Notices
2. Administering permits for resident zones
3. Reporting abandoned vehicles
4. Supporting the maintenance of our car parks
You should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, along with experience working in a busy, customer-focused environment, both face-to-face and over the phone. Strong ICT skills are essential. Experience with notice processing is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Additional information
Working hours are flexible within the scheme, but the service must be adequately covered during core hours of 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The role involves face-to-face service hours between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, in Crawley Town Hall, covered on a rota.
A satisfactory DBS check is required for employment.
