Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to office operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment, providing support to staff and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.
Responsibilities
Supporting the accounts Manager with administrative tasks such as,
* Processing of timesheets
* Allocating payments.
* Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Supporting the wider office team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
* Previous office experience is essential; administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Familiarity with Xero is an advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
